• FREE Shipping on all orders over $30

• For orders under $30 → a flat rate of $3.95 per order

B. 🚚 Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off

• Handling time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday)

• Cut-off time for same-day processing: 4:00 PM EST

• Average transit time: 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday)

C. 📮 Delivery Terms

We ship primarily through USPS for reliable, trackable delivery.

D. 🏠 Change of Address

Need to update your shipping address?

• Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@dositive.com or call +1 (954) 372-5956.

• Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the address.

E. ❌ Order Cancellations

Changed your mind?

• You can cancel anytime before your order has shipped.

• If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our [Refund Policy].

F. 🚨 Parcels Damaged in Transit

• If your package arrives damaged, please reject it with the courier if possible and contact us immediately.
