Returns & Refunds

At Dositive, your satisfaction — and your sleep — comes first. By placing an order with us, you agree to the policies outlined below. These guidelines ensure transparency and help us provide the best experience possible.

This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.


A. ✅ 120-Day Return Window

We’re confident RestRem will change the way you sleep, which is why we give you a full 120 days to try it risk-free.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with tags (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase


B. 📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@dositive.com.

  2. If eligible, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and simple instructions.

⚠️ Please don’t send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


C. 🚨 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away.

  • We’ll review the issue and send a replacement or corrected order at no cost to you.


D. 🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items that are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly fulfilled

E. 🚫 Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for returns.


F. 💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Banks and credit card providers may take 5–10 business days to process refunds.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
